Responsible to the President for all ILS, CM, DM, and QA activities including proposal preparation and subcontract management on the USAF Consolidated Space Operations Center (CSOC) and the NASA Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) programs.

  • Selected by NASA to augment the Challenger tragedy investigation team.

September 1963 - September 1983: United States Air Force,
Served as a logistics officer in support of communications and SIGINT activities at numerous worldwide locations. USAF Director of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff, Turkish Air Force. Decorated by General Alexander Haig for outstanding service to NATO and the USAF.
